Aggressive Breeds List

Unfortunately, if your pet is on the Aggressive Breeds list below, your pet will not be allowed to live at or on a rental property professionally managed by Real Property Management Select (excluding assistance animals verified at norcalpm.com/pets).  Companies providing homeowner’s insurance often restrict the breeds of dogs that may be permitted in the home or on the property. While each insurance company has a list of their own, the breeds below are often found on these lists.

Excluding assistance animals verified at norcalpm.com/pets, the following list of dog breeds will not be permitted in a home or on a property managed by Real Property Management Select:
