Security Deposit Dispute Form

Real Property Management Select is here to support you with any questions regarding your security deposit disposition.

If you’d like to dispute a charge on your security deposit, please use this security deposit dispute form. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that all disputes be submitted in writing within 30 days of receiving your itemized security deposit statement. For each item you’re disputing, please include your reason for disputing it and upload pictures or documentation as backup.

Once we receive your completed form, please allow up to 30 days for our team to review and respond via email with the outcome.

Please keep in mind that Real Property Management Select serves as the agent for the property owner, and while we will review your dispute with them, the property owner makes all final decisions on deposit deductions.
