If you’re not completely satisfied with our services, you may cancel within the first 30 days with no penalty. This guarantee provides you with the freedom to try our services with total peace of mind, knowing your satisfaction is our top priority.

Response Guarantee

At Real Property Management Select, we are committed to being accessible and responsive to our property owners. If you don’t receive a response from our team by the end of the following business day, we’ll credit your account with an amount equal to that month’s management fee. Your peace of mind and timely communication are our priorities, and we are dedicated to delivering prompt, reliable service at all times.

Pet Damage Guarantee

At Real Property Management Select, we offer a Pet Guarantee to cover any damage caused by pets approved by us that exceeds what is considered to be normal wear and tear. If pet-related damages exceed the security deposit, RPM Select will reimburse up to $1,000 per pet to cover necessary repairs on your behalf. This guarantee excludes Assistance Animals as required by Fair Housing Guidelines. Our Pet Guarantee provides you with added protection and peace of mind when welcoming pets into your rental property, which in turn increases the pool of applicants interested in renting from you.

30-Day Rental Guarantee

We guarantee a quality tenant for your home within 30 days—or the first month of management fees are free.

Conditions for the 30-Day Rental Guarantee:

  1. Market-Based Rental Pricing: Real Property Management Select will determine the marketed rental price based on a comprehensive market analysis. Owners who choose a different price may forfeit eligibility for the guarantee.
  2. Vacancy Requirement: The property must be vacant and ready for immediate occupancy.
  3. Pet Policy: The property must allow approved pets (maximum of three; restrictions apply).
  4. Move-In Readiness: The property must be fully prepared for tenant occupancy (“make-ready” complete).
  5. Tenant Turner Self-Showings: Properties must be available for self-showings via our Tenant Turner system, allowing pre-screened potential tenants to view vacant homes conveniently and securely. With Tenant Turner, prospective tenants can schedule and view properties independently, verified through our standard screening process. This program is offered at no additional cost to you!

Leasing Fee Guarantee

We guarantee that you will never pay two leasing fees within the same 12-month period. Outside of federal military relocations or state-required early termination clauses, we ensure your tenant will remain for the full 12 months. If they don’t, we’ll secure a replacement tenant at no additional cost to you. This guarantee underscores our commitment to tenant quality and stability, giving you confidence in long-term tenancy without unexpected leasing expenses.

Vendor Guarantee

All vendors hired by Real Property Management Select Properties to work on your property will be fully licensed and insured, ensuring your property is in safe and qualified hands. This guarantee provides you with added protection and peace of mind, knowing that every contractor meets our high standards for professionalism and compliance.

Spanish Language Guarantee

Each of our teams includes staff who can assist you in Spanish, ensuring clear communication and personalized support in multiple languages.

Eviction Guarantee (COMPLETE PLAN ONLY)

Our Eviction Guarantee offers you added protection and peace of mind. If a tenant we placed needs to be evicted, we will cover the costs associated with the eviction process up to $10,000, ensuring you’re shielded from unexpected legal fees. This guarantee reflects our commitment to tenant quality and your investment’s security, reducing your financial risk and providing support when it’s most needed.
