Fee for services outside the normal scope of management is $75/hour
Costs, fees, and expenses for repairs and services may be marked up by, and paid to, Manager to compensate Manager for actual time and expense incurred to coordinate and arrange such services, and shall not exceed ten percent on any invoiced service over five hundred dollars, or twenty percent under five hundred dollars
If additional funds are not received by Manager within 15 days of notice, Owner shall incur a late charge of 10 percent of the outstanding balance, and will incur the same charge at the end of each subsequent 30 day period, with a minimum of $35 per occurrence
Fee for paper checks or mailed statements is $5 each item
Fee for receiving an owner draw outside of normal processing is $25 each transaction
Tenants are charged a processing fee to make an electronic payment online and Manager may collect a profit on these processing fees ranging from two dollars and fifty five cents to three dollars and twenty five cents per transaction.
Fee to handle eviction processing is $300 for Classic and Basic management agreement plans
Fee to settle a security deposit is $300 after receiving notice of intent to terminate the management agreement
Fee to transfer documents to another entity is $150 after receiving notice of intent to terminate the management agreement
